Role Overview

We are currently looking for a Global Strategic Talent Scout to join a leading organization operating within the pharmaceutical and life sciences sector. This exciting opportunity allows you to work remotely, supporting our client’s international talent acquisition efforts for high-level positions. You will be responsible for proactively identifying and engaging top-tier candidates across multiple key markets, contributing to their future talent pipeline and succession planning.

This role offers a unique chance to work on strategic global searches, impacting critical functions such as Quality, MSAT, ASAT, Engineering, and Supply Chain Management. If you thrive in an international environment and have a passion for talent sourcing at a senior level, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Duties And Responsibilities

Your duties as the Global Strategic Talent Scout will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:

  • Deliver proactive search and engagement for strategic Level 5-6 roles requiring global candidate profiles.
  • Translate business requirements into clear target profiles, search plans, and priority markets.
  • Identify and engage passive talent across India, China, the USA, and selected European countries.
  • Build pipelines for Quality, MSAT, ASAT, Engineering, and Supply Chain Management roles.
  • As the Global Strategic Talent Scout, you will provide market insight and talent mapping to support hiring and succession planning.

Role Requirements

To be successful in your application to this exciting role as the Global Strategic Talent Scout we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:

  • A Degree or higher level in a relevant field (e.g., Human Resources, Business Administration, Talent Acquisition).
  • Proven experience in executive search, senior talent acquisition, or leadership sourcing within a multinational organization or search firm.
  • Strong expertise in talent mapping, market research, direct sourcing, passive-candidate engagement, and pipeline management.
  • Ability to translate business needs into focused search strategies and clear talent recommendations.
