Overview
Strategy Manager
We are hiring a Strategy Manager to help shape global strategy for some of the world’s most iconic brands across Snacking, Petcare and Food & Nutrition. You’ll turn data, market insight and audience understanding into strategies that help brands grow, while connecting teams and thinking across more than 70 markets. Working within Publicis Groupe’s Power of One model, you’ll collaborate across media, production, data & tech, social, influencer and commerce to create connected experiences and help clients future-proof their businesses.

Responsibilities
What you'll be doing:
- Help develop and deploy global brand strategies, translating strategic direction into clear, actionable plans across markets.
- Partner with local teams to gather and interpret data, analytics and market insights, using them to strengthen global strategic thinking.
- Shape audience, annual media, product launch and market expansion strategies that respond to different brand and business needs.
- Collaborate with strategy and wider agency teams to create impactful communications, annual strategic initiatives and thought leadership.
- Build smarter, more efficient data and analytics processes that improve the quality and speed of strategic work.
- Connect teams across markets and disciplines, sharing best practice and building strong relationships that foster a genuine one-team culture.
- Help deploy and track key digital priorities, maintaining strategic alignment and supporting consistently strong work for the client.
Qualifications
Skills we're looking for:
- You’re highly organised and comfortable working with numbers, with the ability to manage detail without losing sight of the bigger strategic picture.
- You can interpret media plans, reports and market data, identifying the insights that matter for global strategy.
- You’re confident using Excel to work efficiently with data, including formulas that simplify analysis and repetitive tasks.
- You’re curious about markets, audiences and analytics and motivated to turn information into sharper thinking and stronger client work.
- You’re a confident communicator and collaborative partner who is comfortable contributing ideas and perspectives in both in-person and virtual settings.
- You combine diplomacy with constructive assertiveness, building positive relationships while helping colleagues, clients and agency partners move work forward.
- You care about quality and client impact, actively seeking feedback and using it to continually strengthen strategic output and delivery.
