About The Role
We are seeking experienced Global Study Managers (GSM) with strong oncology trials experience to join our team in a remote capacity in the UK. As a GSM you will be responsible for global study activities from start up through conduct and study close.
The Global Study Operations Manager has responsibility for study management aspects of assigned studies, including vendor and budget management.
You will support clinical research activities that advance new treatments for patients and collaborate with global cross‑functional teams.
You’ll join a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented environment focused on making a meaningful impact through the set-up, execution and delivery of assigned trials and contribute to delivery of the sponsors pipeline through accurate planning and efficient execution of trials that bring speed and value to participating subjects and sites.

These will be fully remote home-based positions.
Key Responsibilities
- Global Study level implementation of Start-up and Site Activation Plans
- Responsible for global/regional study level Recruitment Strategy
- Responsible to support the development of global study level plans
- Communication with both global and local teams, internal stakeholders and CRO partner as applicable and as listed above to ensure efficient and timely study delivery of the agreed plans
- Responsible for study vendor management and oversight including follow up and coordination of vendor deliverables

Required Qualifications
- M.S/M.A/Ph.D or B.A/B.S/nursing degree is essential. (Master’s is preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in clinical trial management
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Able to multi-task under limited direction and on own initiative.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Prior and demonstrable experience working at a senior level within Study start up is preferred.
