YOUR OPPORTUNITY
The Global Supply Chain Assistant plays a key role in supporting the Global Supply Chain leadership team and enabling effective coordination across the function.
This role combines executive and administrative support, stakeholder coordination, and business operations assistance. The Global Supply Chain Assistant acts as a trusted partner to leaders, helping ensure smooth day-to-day operations, effective communication, and strong collaboration across global teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide executive and administrative support to the supply chain Leadership team
- Manage calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, expenses, and leadership logistics.
- Coordinate team events, town halls, communications, and day-to-day administrative activities.
- Support the preparation of presentations, reports, dashboards, and business documentation.
- Manage purchase orders, vendor administration, invoice follow-up, and related financial processes.
- Maintain key Supply Chain reporting tools, KPI dashboards, and collaboration platforms.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient operations and communication.
- Act as a trusted point of contact, ensuring smooth functioning of the leadership teams and supporting business priorities across the function.
SKILLS
- Proven experience supporting senior leaders within a global, matrix organization.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
- Excellent calendar, meeting, travel, and event management capabilities.
- Strong administrative and operational support experience, with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and business systems such as SRM, MDG, SAP and Concur.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
- Experience coordinating with internal and external stakeholders across multiple geographies and functions.
- Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English; French.
