Global Supply Chain Integration Lead of Europe

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Global Supply Chain Integration Lead of Europe to step into a non-traditional, high-impact hybrid role that sits at the critical nexus of supply chain and business growth.
This position is designed to embed directly within Anduril’s commercial teams, focusing on strategic supplier relationship development across Northern and Continental Europe while also advising our growth teams and industry partners. You’ll shape deals before execution, analyse regional industrial ecosystems, and build essential infrastructure to accelerate Anduril’s expansion into one of the world’s most intricate regulatory environments.
This is not merely a supply chain function—this role redefines the intersection of growth, strategic sourcing, and risk management from the earliest deal stage to full-scale localisation and sustainable network growth.
Key Responsibilities
Drive Strategic Growth & Partnership Development
- Act as Anduril’s dedicated European commercial consultant, collaborating with growth and corporate development teams to forge high-value strategic partnerships across the UK and across Continental Europe
- Shape pre-contract strategy by leading the following actions during international capture phases:
- Define operating model scope
- Develop win strategies and win themes
- Generate initial term sheet frameworks
- Formulate go/no-go recommendations to leadership, armed with market intelligence and risk assessments
- Continuously monitor and assess:
- Macro-level dynamics of the UK/EU industrial ecosystem
- Emerging manufacturing technologies
- Regulatory shifts (defense, dual-use, compliance) and policy changes (e.g., supply chain resilience initiatives)
- Uncover high-potential collaboration opportunities that align with long-term Anduril mission objectives and regional defense industry needs
Build & Optimize European Supply Networks
- Direct the development of the European supply base, extending beyond multiple product domains into diverse commodity categories
- Proactively source and qualify suppliers, engaging in a holistic onboarding process that covers:
- Technical capability: product and manufacturing know-how
- Certification ambit: quality systems (ISO 9001, AS9100), security clearances, design authority
- Capacity and scalability: predictive assessments for supply contraints and rapid expansion
- Financial health: stability, and alignment with long-term partnerships
- Embed end-to-end supplier engagement processes for critical suppliers, ensuring they are bulletproof in terms of:
- Supply chain risk mitigation (multi-tier visibility across tiers 1–3)
- Anti-fraud/anti-counterfeiting compliance
- Continual, transparent performance monitoring
- Lead localization initiatives to:
- Strengthen regional competitive positioning
- Align with national security supply chain priorities
- Ensure updated knowledge of regulatory regimes across EU, UK (incl. UK Aid & Defence Trade regulations) and any new sanctions regimes

Provide Expert Advisory & Support
- Train and advise European industry partners (manufacturers, integrators, and distributors) on:
- Supplier development frameworks
- Regional market navigation (distributors, regulators, authorities)
- Compliance pathways for complex regulatory environments
- Provide technical advisory by developing and refining:
- Sourcing strategies for partners**, ensuring they meet technical specifications, security, and cost targets
- Supply chain visibility mapping for partners involved in Anduril programs
- Provide a eurocrack lens on regulatory complexity, ensuring flawless adherence to:
- REACH, RoHS, ITAR regulations
- Dual-use good controls
- Sanctions and export control regimes (OFAC, WMD)
- Assess and refine enterprise-wide sourcing strategies in collaboration with:
- Vendor management teams
- Product team designers
- National security and program project managers
Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
- Be the primary liaison between:
- Anduril’s Americas-based program & engineering teams
- UK/Europe-based manufacturing partners
- Bridge cultural barriers while driving execution across both Americas and Europe:
- Team coordination between regional offices
- Outline carrier transitions and language nuances in program execution
- Partner with Global Sourcing Teams to:
- Deliver seamless sourcing integration
- Tackle capital constraints and rapid scalability needs
- Oversee supplier performance, resolving escalations through:
- Ensuring corrective action plans (CAPs) are instituted
- Tracking capacity alignment with program timelines
- Foster innovation pathways for:
- New product introductions
- Emerging suppliers and manufacturing technologies

Salary range for this position is competitive and inclusive, with negotiable equity grants available in most cases.
