About the role

A key operational role within a rapidly expanding luxury beauty brand, the Global Supply Planner is responsible for delivering world class product availability for the Charlotte Tilbury brand.

The role requires the individual to use data, parameters and systems to manage replenishment decisions and processes whilst using excellent relationship management skills to gain supplier support.

This role provides the successful candidate with the opportunity to develop and hone supply planning and analytical skills. The right candidate will have to be self-starting, will demonstrate resilience, can quickly prioritise and build strong relationships with multiple stakeholders in the business.

As a Global Supply Planner you will:

  • Responsible for availability in regional WHs in line with region specific active catalogue.
  • Responsible for translating the demand plan into an actionable supply plan.
  • Manages the transactional processes within systems that support order call off and time-based updates on inventory status / availability.
  • Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and coordinate supply deployment across regional markets.
  • Monitor supply availability and proactively resolve deployment constraints and shortages.
  • Drive deployment decisions during supply shortages based on business priorities and allocation rules.
  • Track deployment KPIs including service levels, inventory health, stock availability, and deployment adherence.
  • Working collaboratively and building strong relationships with the global teams across operations, commercial, procurement and NPD, among others, to ensure their needs are considered in the supply plan.
  • Communication of risks and opportunities against stock profile.
  • Day to day management of supplier releases into regions to monitor over / under / late / early deliveries to proactively manage availability communications.
  • Contributing to process improvement and standardisation of ways of working, both internally and with external stakeholders.
  • Actively contributes to the S&OP process through planning insights, analysis, and stakeholder collaboration as required.

About you

  • Supply Chain Planning experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills.
  • Advanced Excel user.
  • Accurate with attention to detail to be able to challenge and spot errors.
  • Proven analytical skills able to produce, interpret, draw conclusions and present data.
  • Ability to work at pace.
  • Resourceful in ambiguous situations.
  • Can grasp complex matters quickly.
  • Rapidly builds trustful relationships with a broad range of stakeholders.
