Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced consultant with strong expertise in recruitment analytics, Tableau reporting, recruitment strategy, and transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate should have experience working with global recruitment teams, ATS platforms (preferably iCIMS), AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude, and delivering data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Significant experience in global recruitment analytics, talent intelligence, or recruitment strategy.
- Advanced expertise designing and maintaining Tableau dashboards and reporting solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
- Experience utilizing AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude for data analysis, executive presentations, and strategic reporting.
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (preferably iCIMS).
- Experience partnering with recruitment technology teams to improve systems, processes, and user experience.
- Proven delivery of recruitment transformation initiatives or cross-functional strategic programs.
- Experience working across global, multicultural organizations.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and consulting skills.
- Ability to influence senior leaders without direct authority.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
