We're looking for a dynamic and innovative Talent Acquisition Partner to join our global recruitment team!

In this role, you'll be instrumental in identifying and attracting top talent across a variety of business functions—including R&D, business, finance, marketing, product, and more. You'll own the full recruitment cycle—from sourcing to hiring—while working closely with business leaders to align hiring efforts with strategic goals. As part of a collaborative global team, you’ll help shape our talent acquisition strategy, define ideal candidate profiles, craft effective sourcing approaches, ensure an exceptional candidate experience, conduct interviews, and drive hiring decisions. You’ll be partnering with business leaders from all over the globe to engage top talent from our key markets across Europe and Asia.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviews, and extending offers.
  • Partner with hiring managers to build talent pipelines and refine recruitment strategies.
  • Deliver an outstanding candidate experience while maintaining a strong talent pipeline.
  • Innovate sourcing channels to attract top candidates.
  • Utilize data-driven insights and the ATS (Spark/Comeet) to improve hiring decisions.
  • Train and guide managers on recruitment best practices.
  • Partnering and mentoring hiring managers to determine staffing needs and coordinating interviews.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner, recruiting for global roles in the tech industry (preferably within the European and Asian markets)
  • Expertise in conducting behavioral interviews.
  • Experienced in building strong talent pipelines through LinkedIn and other sourcing channels
  • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Proactive, results-driven, and detail-oriented.
  • Self-motivated with a positive, can-do attitude and able to work independently.
  • Full professional fluency (written and verbal) in English
