Reporting to the TA Director, you will join a team of five Talent Acquisition Partners across Berlin and London, covering every market and every role up to C-suite.
Your Responsibilities
- Sourcing, screening & managing candidates: Identify, attract and engage with talent by using different sourcing techniques and channels. Manage the entire candidate journey from initial contact, coordinating interviews to offer management, ensuring a high quality candidate experience.
- Business Partnering: Own full-cycle hiring for your vertical end to end, from sourcing through offer, across Germany, the UK and the Netherlands. Work directly with the leadership and hiring managers on all their hiring needs. Develop deep understanding of the businesses you support to help them make better hiring decisions, not just fill vacancies.
- Process improvement: Identify opportunities to reduce friction points across the interview process and the candidate journey, and implement experiments and improvements. Share sourcing techniques and hiring intelligence with the wider TA team across verticals and markets.
- AI & Tooling: Contribute to making us more efficient and faster by leveraging existing AI workflows and helping us build new ones (Claude, chatGP, n8n).

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

In addition, here are the skills and attributes we are looking for:
- Inquisitive mindset - you ask sharp, insightful questions to really understand stakeholders and candidates
