Global Talent Acquisition Specialist (8-Month Contract, Extendable)
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Global Talent Acquisition Specialist (8-Month Contract, Extendable) based in United Kingdom.
This role offers the opportunity to shape global hiring strategies within a fast-growing, international environment. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple countries and diverse functions, with a particular focus on sourcing exceptional education professionals. Working remotely with a globally distributed team, you will combine strategic talent sourcing, operational excellence, and modern AI-powered recruiting practices to build strong talent pipelines. The position is ideal for a recruitment professional who enjoys working across cultures, improving hiring processes, and creating outstanding candidate experiences. You will play a key role in strengthening a global talent function while helping attract the people who drive meaningful impact for families and communities worldwide.
Accountabilities
- Own the complete recruitment lifecycle, including role intake, sourcing, screening, interviews, assessments, offer management, and transition to onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, establish candidate profiles, and align on successful hiring outcomes.
- Lead international sourcing strategies, particularly for education-focused roles, by identifying and engaging qualified candidates across multiple markets.
- Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for priority roles, locations, and candidate communities to support future hiring needs.
- Develop targeted sourcing approaches using international professional networks, specialized communities, relevant job boards, and innovative recruitment channels.
- Leverage AI-powered recruiting tools throughout the hiring process, including sourcing, candidate research, outreach personalization, screening, and pipeline management.
- Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment workflows, tools, and processes to increase efficiency and enhance candidate experience.
- Maintain accurate applicant tracking system records, ensure reliable recruitment data, and provide visibility into pipeline performance.
- Deliver a high-quality candidate experience by ensuring timely communication, structured interviews, consistent evaluation processes, and transparent hiring decisions.
- Share market insights, sourcing trends, and recruitment intelligence to strengthen employer branding and talent strategies.

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably within international or multi-country hiring environments.
- Demonstrated experience sourcing and hiring education professionals across different regions, with an understanding of international talent communities and market dynamics.
- Strong knowledge of modern recruitment practices, including proactive sourcing, pipeline development, candidate engagement, and data-driven hiring.
- Experience using AI-enabled recruiting tools and a willingness to continuously explore new technologies to improve recruitment effectiveness.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple searches, maintain structured processes, and meet hiring timelines.
- Data-oriented mindset with the ability to track recruitment performance metrics such as pipeline quality, time-to-fill, and hiring outcomes.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across cultures, time zones, and remote teams.
- Fluent English communication skills required; additional languages relevant to international markets are considered an advantage.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities evolve and recruitment challenges require creativity and adaptability.
