Global Talent Manager
3–6 Month FTC / Interim Project
£50,000–£60,000 FTE | London (Hybrid – 60% Office Attendance)

A leading international trade association is seeking a Global Talent Manager to lead an exciting, high-profile project that will transform how young professionals discover and build careers within the offshore marine industry.
This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of a global talent attraction strategy, launch innovative engagement initiatives, and create a worldwide network that will inspire, connect, and develop the industry's future workforce.
The Role
Working closely with the People Director, Communications team, and external partners, you'll drive a major talent attraction campaign while building and growing an international early-careers community.
You'll have the autonomy to shape strategy while remaining hands-on in delivery, making this an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys turning ideas into action.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Leading a global talent attraction campaign from planning through to delivery
- Developing employer branding and attraction initiatives to raise awareness of industry careers
- Growing and managing an international professional network for early-career talent
- Building partnerships with universities, education providers, employers, and industry bodies
- Creating engaging programs including webinars, networking events, mentoring initiatives, and industry conferences
- Coordinating external agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure successful campaign delivery
- Managing project plans, budgets, suppliers, governance, and performance reporting
- Establishing regional champions and steering groups to support long-term community growth
- Building strong relationships across a global membership base and championing the organization's mission.

About You
We're looking for an energetic and commercially minded talent professional who enjoys building communities, developing partnerships, and delivering projects that make a measurable difference.
You'll bring:
- Experience in talent attraction, employer branding, recruitment marketing, or related disciplines
- Experience managing professional communities, membership organizations, or networks
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and partnership-building skills
- Strong program or project management experience across multiple workstreams
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
- Experience working with universities, education providers, employers, or industry partners
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Confidence working collaboratively across international teams and external agencies
- Strong Microsoft 365 skills.
It would be advantageous if you have:
- Experience within engineering, energy, maritime, or offshore sectors
- CIPD or another relevant professional qualification.

Package
- £50,000–£60,000 (pro rata)
- Hybrid working – 2 days per week in the London office
- 3–6 month fixed-term contract/interim assignment
- Immediate start preferred
