Role Description
This is a part-time unpaid volunteer role requiring approximately 6 hours per week. eMigr8 is at pre-seed stage and is building out its coaching marketplace, connecting talent visa candidates with expert coaches. You will work directly with Mudiaga, supporting day-to-day marketplace operations including coach scheduling, booking coordination, and new coach onboarding.
This role suits someone with an admin, operations, or marketplace background who wants hands-on experience inside a growing tech startup.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate coach availability and scheduling across the eMigr8 coaching marketplace
- Track bookings, session completions, and follow up on outstanding actions
- Support the onboarding process for new coaches joining the platform
- Maintain accurate records in shared trackers and internal tools
- Liaise between coaches and the operations team to resolve scheduling or platform issues
- Flag process gaps and suggest improvements to marketplace workflows
Qualifications
- Experience or exposure to admin, operations, customer coordination, or marketplace management
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, scheduling tools, and shared documentation
- Clear written communication skills for internal coordination and coach-facing messages
- Proactive approach to problem-solving without needing close supervision
