Make the Connection.

At Vix Technology, we're transforming the future of public transport. Our technology powers fare collection, payments and mobility solutions in more than 200 cities worldwide, helping millions of people travel every day. As our international business continues to grow, we're looking for a Global Tax Advisor to join our Global Finance team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced tax professional who enjoys working across multiple jurisdictions, partnering with business leaders and providing commercially focused tax advice. You'll play a key role in ensuring Vix remains compliant with global tax obligations while supporting strategic business decisions, acquisitions, international expansion and continuous improvement across our tax function.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the CFO, you'll take ownership of tax matters across our global operations, working closely with finance teams throughout Europe, North America and Asia-Pacific.

This is a broad and varied role that combines corporate tax, indirect tax, transfer pricing, tax governance and advisory work. You'll work alongside external advisers where appropriate while becoming the internal subject matter expert for tax across the Group.

As well as ensuring compliance, you'll help shape tax strategy, identify opportunities to improve processes and provide practical, commercially balanced advice that supports the continued growth of the business.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll lead and coordinate tax activities across the Group, ensuring compliance while supporting strategic business objectives.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing corporate tax compliance across multiple international jurisdictions
  • Overseeing VAT, GST and indirect tax obligations, working closely with regional finance teams and external advisers
  • Supporting the preparation and review of corporation tax computations and tax provisions
  • Managing transfer pricing documentation and ensuring compliance with international tax regulations
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for tax authorities, external advisers and internal stakeholders
  • Supporting tax audits, enquiries and statutory reviews across the Group
  • Advising the business on the tax implications of commercial contracts, new market entry, acquisitions and corporate restructuring
  • Monitoring changes in international tax legislation and assessing their impact on the business
  • Supporting the year-end reporting process, including tax disclosures and deferred tax calculations
  • Driving improvements in tax governance, controls, documentation and reporting processes
  • Working closely with Legal, Finance, Commercial and Executive teams to provide practical tax advice on strategic initiatives
  • Identifying opportunities to improve tax efficiency while ensuring compliance with applicable legislation
  • Supporting finance transformation projects and the implementation of best practice across the global finance function

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
