RSM is seeking a highly experienced Global Technology Programme Manager to lead the development and deployment of RSM’s Global Audit Platforms, a strategic multi-year transformation initiative designed to modernise how audits are delivered using digital technology across the global RSM network.
The Global Audit Platform is intended to provide a unified, scalable, AI-enabled audit experience that supports common audit methodologies, workflow orchestration, content management, analytics, quality management, and global collaboration across member firms.
This role will serve as a key member of the Global Audit Platform leadership team, partnering closely with product owners, audit methodology leaders, technology teams, UX specialists, global stakeholders, and third-party vendors to drive successful delivery of one of the firm’s most significant strategic investments.
The ideal candidate combines exceptional programme management capabilities with experience leading large-scale technology transformation programmes on a global scale, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to bridge business and technology organisations.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
