Global TikTok Manager

We are looking for a Global TikTok Manager to lead the development of TikTok as a key marketing channel across our Film, Television and Catalogue slate. This specialist role acts as STUDIOCANAL'S TikTok Centre of Excellence, enabling territory teams through strategy, training, creative guidance and best practice. The role also involves identifying, developing and capturing TikTok-first content on set, at creative content days, premieres, festivals and publicity events.

This exciting role will include Global TikTok Strategy & Platform Leadership, Market Enablement & Capability Building, Campaign Strategy & Activation, Content Development & Capture and Insights, Learning & Optimisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and evolve STUDIOCANAL'S global TikTok strategy
  • Establish best-practice frameworks, governance and creative guidelines
  • Build relationships with TikTok, industry partners, creators and TikTok communities
  • Identify opportunities for reactive and trend-led content
  • Support territory teams with campaign planning and activation, and adapt existing campaign assets into TikTok-native formats
  • Develop playbooks, toolkits and training programmes
  • Develop TikTok-first approaches for priority releases
  • Attend productions, creative content days, premieres and events
  • Capture platform-native content using mobile-first techniques
  • Brief and direct agency crews to secure TikTok-relevant assets
  • Write engaging captions and optimise content for maximum reach and engagement
  • Ensure content reflects the tone and identity of each production
  • Ensure territories receive adaptable content opportunities and materials
  • Analyse campaign performance trends
  • Share learnings and best practice across markets
  • Develop case studies and measurement frameworks, providing recommendations to improve future content
  • Collate performance and growth reports across STUDIOCANAL territories

Skills & Experience:

  • 3+ years experience in social media, digital marketing or entertainment marketing
  • Deep expertise in TikTok strategy and creator ecosystems
  • Strong content ideation, mobile-first production and editing skills
  • Experience using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro or equivalent editing software
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Experience working directly with on-screen talent and creators
  • Understanding of etiquette and operations on film sets, TV productions, junkets, premieres and live studio environments
  • Experience briefing agencies and production crews
