About PAI
Pai makes award-winning skincare for people who care what goes on their skin. Founded in 2007, we exist because we believe you should never have to choose between what works and what's good for you. Every product we make is certified natural or organic, cruelty-free, and formulated without compromise.
Our West London HQ is where the magic happens, where every bottle is formulated, manufactured, and shipped with care. We're proud to be leaders in ethical, sustainable skincare, pushing the boundaries with natural, high-performance ingredients. Now, we're looking for passionate individuals to join our team and help us reach millions more around the world.
Pai, Mylee, and Magnitone are building a portfolio of fast-growing beauty and skincare brands, and we're looking for a Trade Marketing Executive to own and deliver trade marketing activity across a group of retail accounts. You'll run your own accounts day to day and work closely with our Senior Trade Marketing Manager on the wider trade marketing agenda. You'll get exposure to a wide range of retailers and brands, and plenty of room to grow.
What you'll be doing
Retailer & Trade Marketing
- Own the day-to-day trade marketing relationship across your retail accounts. You'll be the key trade marketing contact and build strong, collaborative retailer relationships.
- Develop retailer-specific trade marketing plans and investments that support wider brand and commercial objectives across Pai, Mylee, and Magnitone, in partnership with the Senior Trade Marketing Manager.
- Own the trade marketing critical path for NPD launches, new listings, and key retailer moments, making sure everything is delivered on time and in full to every account.
- Brief and manage delivery of retailer assets and media activity across your accounts, working closely with the Brand, Content, and Creative teams to keep execution best-in-class and on time.
- Support the planning, forecasting, allocation, and execution of sampling, GWP, and other retailer activation plans across brands and accounts.
- Help plan and deliver trade events, retailer activations, and other relevant events.
- Support the Senior Trade Marketing Manager on POS and VM development and execution across the portfolio, building your own VM expertise along the way.
- Support the localisation and execution of trade marketing activity across international markets where relevant.
- Support the Senior Trade Marketing Manager in senior and strategic retailer meetings across key accounts.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
