Global Travel Retail (GTR) Product Marketing Executive
Charlotte Tilbury Beauty is seeking a Global Travel Retail (GTR) Product Marketing Executive for a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role involves developing and executing product marketing strategies for the travel retail channel, including competitor analysis, product launch coordination, demand forecasting, retailer allocation management, and cross-functional collaboration. The successful candidate will support the GTR Marketing team in driving product strategy, category management, and sales performance across 50+ markets.

About The Role
This is a 12-month fixed-term contract for an ambitious, passionate and driven Global Travel Retail (GTR) Product Marketing Executive. You will play a central role in adapting global product and category priorities into robust marketing plans for GTR, supporting the Marketing team to drive product marketing strategy from category management to shaping product priorities to accelerate sell-in and sell-out.

Responsibilities
- Report monthly competitor reviews covering product, activations and TREX to give the Marketing team a full overview of market activity and trends
- Maintain the product marketing calendar with up-to-date OCD and key product information
- Report monthly sell-out category and product analysis, including new product launches
- Support NPD forecasting with market and product insights, considering seasonality and distribution evolution
- Coordinate the in-and-out strategy for launches, discontinuations and range transitions, working with cross-functional teams
- Build strong product and category knowledge across NPD and Core to support GTR category strategy, assortment priorities, launch phasing and retailer plans
- Manage retailer allocation for every NPD launch and track performance on a weekly basis
- Partner with the Trade Marketing team to shape retailer and channel plans that bring the product strategy to life
- Support the development of travel-exclusive sets, including range proposals, commercial rationale, volume forecasts, launch timing and retailer allocation plans
- Liaise with Global and Education teams to share product insights, claims and performance learnings
- Support the development of NPD strategy presentations for retailer meetings
- Support forecasting and management of TOA and sampling plans across launches and core priorities
- Monitor NPD, Core and travel-exclusive performance across sell-in, sell-out, stock and forecast accuracy, turning data into clear actions and recommendations
- Support the demand plan, challenge inputs, track forecast accuracy and identify risks, opportunities and rephasing needs

Who You Will Work With
- Reports into the Senior Marketing Manager, Global Travel Retail
- Works closely with GTR Marketing, Commercial, VM and Education teams as well as Global Marketing
About You
- Strong numerical and analytical skills, confident using Excel to manage detailed data
- Ability to interpret sales and forecast data and turn it into clear actions and marketing recommendations
- Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple launches, deadlines and data inputs accurately
- Excellent communicator and collaborative team player, confident turning product and commercial insights into clear presentations
- Proactive and results-focused, able to prioritise effectively and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Relevant experience in product, category, commercial planning or trade marketing; experience in Beauty, Retail or Travel Retail is an advantage
- Experience building or managing forecasts, demand plans, allocations or assortment plans
