As a Global Treasury Analyst, You'll:

  • Support key Treasury operations across the business, working closely with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage daily cash activities, reporting, banking requirements, and Treasury projects while identifying opportunities to improve processes and drive change.

How You Will Make a Difference:

  • Manage Daily Cash Operations:

    • Payment approvals
    • Cash analysis
    • Forecasting
    • Bank balances
    • Money market transactions and reconciliations
  • Support Banking and Regulatory Activities:

    • KYC
    • Account opening/closing
    • Mandates
    • Signers
    • User access
    • Bank requirements
  • Own Monthly Treasury Reporting:

    • Loan agreement reconciliations
    • Bank fee analysis
    • Month-end cash reporting
    • Group cash forecasting support
  • Support Treasury Projects and New Business Initiatives:

    • Bank migrations
    • New market launches
    • TMS requirements
    • Bank guarantees/LOCs
    • Other banking solutions
  • Partner with Stakeholders:

    • Manage requirements
    • Resolve queries
    • Maintain controls
    • Ensure timely escalation of issues

  • Document Processes:
    • Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities across Treasury operations

What Will Make You Stand Out:

  • 3+ years of Treasury experience, ideally within a multinational environment.
  • Strong understanding of banking operations, cash management, forecasting, reconciliations, and Treasury processes.
  • Experience with bank import files, including building and testing files with banking partners.
  • Experience with banks such as JPMorgan, BNP Paribas, Bank of America, HSBC, or Santander is desirable.
  • Treasury Management System experience; ION/Reval knowledge is a plus.
  • Strong Excel, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment.
