The opportunity

The Global UX/UI Design Specialist is responsible for designing, improving, and evolving user experiences across EY's global digital ecosystem, including EY.com, the Intranet, Campaigns and future-state digital experiences.

This is a highly hands-on role focused on UX/UI design execution, experience optimization, accessibility, design system adoption, and the development of reusable patterns and best practices. The role translates strategic experience direction into intuitive, scalable, and implementation-ready solutions while ensuring consistency and quality across platforms.

Working closely with Brand, Content, Product, Technology, Analytics, and regional teams, the role identifies opportunities to improve existing experiences, strengthen design maturity, and ensure digital experiences continue to evolve in line with user needs, business objectives, and EY brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

UX/UI Design Delivery

  • Deliver UX/UI design work across EY.com, Intranet, Campaigns and future-state experiences.
  • Translate user, business, content, and technology requirements into intuitive and scalable design solutions.
  • Create user journeys, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, interaction models, and high-fidelity designs.
  • Support initiatives from concept through implementation, ensuring solutions are practical, accessible, and implementation-ready.
  • Apply user-centred design principles to solve complex business and user challenges.

Experience Optimization & Continuous Improvement

  • Review live experiences to identify usability issues, accessibility gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Analyse performance data, user feedback, analytics, and research insights to inform design decisions.
  • Recommend and design enhancements that improve engagement, usability, discoverability, and effectiveness.
  • Promote a culture of evidence-based design and continuous experience improvement.
  • Support experimentation, testing, and iterative design approaches to validate improvements.

Design Quality & Implementation Oversight

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
