AIESEC is the world’s largest youth-run organisation, present in over 120 countries and territories and active across more than 2,600 universities. AIESEC UK focuses on developing leadership among young people aged 18 to 30 while supporting global employability through international volunteer and internship opportunities. Global Volunteers will be responsible for fostering educational spaces on the Sustainable Development Goals, as well as local and global issues in collaboration with schools or local NGOs in various communities. The project will be carried out using interactive, non-formal educational methods and organizing and delivering practical spaces or events.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse cultural and social backgrounds.
  • Demonstrated interest in social impact, community development, or youth leadership initiatives.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in teams, manage time effectively, and take initiative in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Basic organisational and coordination skills, including event or project support, scheduling, and stakeholder follow-up.
  • Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Typically suited for students or recent graduates; all genders and backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
