VP Digital Growth
Package: Up to 125k + 30% bonus + equity options
Location: London
Hybrid working: 1/2 days a week in London 3/4 WFH
We are exclusively representing a multi award-winning, high growth luxury brand in the premium lifestyle and consumer goods space. As they enter their next phase of hyper-growth, they are seeking a Director of Digital Growth to lead their global digital commerce engine across DTC, Performance Marketing, and CRM/Retention. Reporting into the global CMO, this is a highly commercial, high-visibility leadership role for an analytical, execution-oriented growth operator ready to scale an international brand. They are ideally looking someone who has seen scale from £50 million upwards.

- Drive international digital revenue across DTC storefronts, Amazon, paid acquisition, and retention channels.
- Own the global commercial trading calendar, balancing aggressive revenue growth with critical margin protection during product launches and seasonal moments.
- Guide the global e-commerce function via your leadership team to maximise conversion rates, Average Order Value (AOV), UX standards, and global site performance.
- Partner closely with Finance, Brand, and Creative to build predictive forecasting, annual targets, and executive-level insight loops.
- Lead, mentor, and build a high-velocity global growth organisation rooted in a culture of accountability, experimentation, and commercial urgency.
What You’ll Bring
- 12+ Years of Leadership: A proven track record in high-level growth, e-commerce, or performance marketing leadership roles, ideally within a premium DTC or consumer brand environment.
- Deep expertise in the Shopify Plus ecosystem, advanced CRO methodologies, global marketplace dynamics, and full-funnel digital marketing.
- A natural ability to manage, coach, and elevate senior functional leaders while managing complex stakeholder landscapes.
- A genuine passion for premium product design, outstanding customer experiences, and high-impact brand building.
