Job Description: Global VP Marketing at 360Learning
360Learning is entering its next phase of growth. Today, more than 2,500 organizations worldwide use 360Learning to turn internal expertise into business performance. As AI fundamentally reshapes how companies build skills, share knowledge, and develop their people, we are evolving our platform, bringing together Collaborative Learning, AI, and enterprise-grade learning infrastructure to redefine what modern L&D can deliver.
We are now looking for a Global VP Marketing to help shape and accelerate this next chapter.
About the Role
Reporting directly to Benjamin Marchal, our CEO, you will own our global Marketing strategy and organization. Your mandate will go beyond generating demand: you will sharpen our positioning in a rapidly changing market, strengthen our brand and category leadership, and build a high-performing Marketing engine that translates market opportunity into sustainable revenue growth.
You will partner closely with Sales, Product, and Customer teams to strengthen our go-to-market strategy across our key markets, with a particular focus on accelerating growth in North America. You will bring together Product Marketing, Brand & Content, and Demand Generation around clear priorities and shared business outcomes, from market awareness and positioning to pipeline creation, conversion, and revenue impact.
Key Responsibilities
Within 1 month you will:
- Understand our culture, marketing strategy, positioning, organization, processes, and performance management.
- Build a diagnostic and identify opportunities for improvement.
Within 3 months you will:
- Build a 18-month roadmap for the marketing team.
- Validate our messaging framework and content strategy.
- Take ownership of analyst relationships.
- Start to build a relationship with our top clients.
Within 12 months you will:
- Lead strategic projects for the company.
- Own the repositioning decision - Lead the project.
- Transform our demand generation team from a demand capture to a demand creation machine.
- Support revenue in scaling outbound to 50% of our pipe creation.

The Skill Set
- 10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing.
- Experience in HR Tech, Future of Work, collaboration, productivity, or knowledge/AI platforms would be a plus, but not required.
- Master of at least 3 of the following functions: product marketing, demand generation, content marketing, brand.
- Outstanding communication skills. We are expecting our VP Marketing to be vocal in the market.
- Servant leadership style to lead a team of 20+.
- Experience in rebranding / renaming is a plus.
- Fluent English (US/UK).
