Global Workforce Health Consultant (m/f/d)

What you can expect:

We are looking for an experienced consultant to strengthen our global Marsh Health and Benefits team. This role supports our work in international health, wellbeing, health optimisation and absence management for large multinational corporate clients.

Join our team in Frankfurt, Munich, Hamburg, Düsseldorf, Stuttgart or Berlin!

What the role involves:

  • Supporting the delivery of international health and wellbeing consulting projects for multinational clients.
  • Contributing to the development of health optimisation strategies, including prevention, wellbeing, cost efficiency and employer investment in workforce health.
  • Analysing data from multiple sources and translating findings into clear, client-focused insights and recommendations.
  • Coordinating project activities, timelines and deliverables in a structured and reliable manner.
  • Bringing together internal stakeholders and subject matter experts, consolidating their input and developing coherent reports and materials.
  • Supporting communication and coordination with colleagues across internal functions and client teams in different countries.
  • Contributing to work on global frameworks and country- and industry-specific health and wellbeing topics.
  • Identifying practical, evidence-based approaches that respond to evolving healthcare systems, policy developments and employer priorities.

What you bring:

  • Several years of professional experience in the insurance industry, insurance broking or servicing financial institutions, ideally in a client-facing role with sales responsibilities.
  • An academic or professional background in medicine, public health, healthcare management, health consulting, health insurance or a related field.
  • A strong interest in the role employers play in health and wellbeing, and in the interaction between healthcare systems and public- and private-sector dynamics.
  • The ability to work confidently with data, structure complex topics and develop relevant messages for clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams and tight deadlines.
  • Proven stakeholder management skills and the ability to collaborate across international and cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent written and spoken English; German or French would be an advantage.
