Globalisation Quality Coordinator
We're currently partnering with a global tech organisation, seeking a Globalisation Quality Coordinator to join their Globalisation Operations team for an initial 6 month contract. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in localisation, language operations, or project coordination to contribute to the successful delivery of global quality initiatives.
As the Globalisation Quality Coordinator, you'll play a key role in supporting the delivery of quality-focused projects by coordinating activities across internal teams and external suppliers. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating multiple workstreams, driving project delivery, and ensuring quality standards are met across complex international programmes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinating project activities and tracking deliverables across multiple workstreams
- Setting up and maintaining quality evaluation workflows and project documentation
- Managing trackers, guidelines, reports, and process documentation to ensure project visibility and consistency
- Monitoring project milestones and ensuring deliverables are completed on schedule
- Working closely with Quality Management teams and external partners to support successful project execution
- Producing regular status updates and progress reports for key stakeholders
- Identifying potential risks or blockers early and escalating where appropriate to keep projects on track
- Supporting continuous process improvements and maintaining high standards of project quality

Key Requirements:
- Proven project management or project coordination experience, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- A background in localisation, language operations, translation, or a related field
- Experience creating clear, structured documentation, including trackers, process documentation, guidelines, and reports
- A proactive approach to identifying and escalating project risks and issues
- Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to delivering high-quality work
