We’re looking for a highly organised Globalisation Quality Coordinator to support a busy Globalisation Operations & Quality team, helping to deliver localisation and AI quality programmes across a range of digital products and services.

This is a fast-paced coordination role where you'll work closely with internal teams and external vendors to keep projects on track, manage documentation, monitor quality activities and ensure deliverables are completed on time. If you’re adaptable, detail-oriented and enjoy juggling multiple priorities, this could be a great opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate localisation and quality evaluation projects from planning through to delivery.
  • Track project timelines, milestones and quality deliverables.
  • Maintain project documentation, trackers and status reports.
  • Support day-to-day operational and administrative activities across multiple projects.
  • Work with cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Monitor quality metrics, identify risks and escalate issues where needed.
  • Contribute to process improvements and help streamline ways of working.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
