We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join a dynamic team focused on ensuring the highest standards of quality across global product offerings. In this pivotal coordination role, you will be instrumental in delivering world-class localization and AI quality programs, directly impacting the user experience of millions. Your meticulous attention to detail and ability to orchestrate complex projects will be key to maintaining the integrity and quality of digital products and services on a global scale, working closely with both internal teams and external partners.
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate localization and quality evaluation projects from initial planning through to successful delivery.
- Track project timelines, milestones, and critical quality deliverables to ensure projects stay on schedule.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, trackers, and status reports, providing clear visibility into project progress.
- Provide essential operational and administrative support across multiple ongoing projects.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external vendors to facilitate seamless project execution.
- Monitor key quality metrics, proactively identify potential risks, and escalate issues as needed to ensure timely resolution.
- Contribute to ongoing process improvements, helping to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency.

Must-Have Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in localization, language operations, quality operations, or project coordination.
- Proven experience working in a fast-paced technology or digital environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, enabling clear and effective interaction with diverse teams.
- Experience working with localization workflows, quality processes, or related Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- A proactive and collaborative approach to teamwork, coupled with excellent attention to detail.
- The ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and systems.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Experience with Tableau.
- Basic proficiency in Excel.
- Familiarity with Python or data analysis.
- Experience using Airtable or Quip.
- Knowledge of AI or Large Language Model (LLM) evaluation methodologies.
- Experience using macOS.
