The Role
The Globalization Quality Coordinator will provide coordination and quality tracking support across a range of ongoing projects and initiatives.
This is a project-based role where you will help maintain documentation, track deliverables, coordinate with vendors and stakeholders, and support the timely execution of operational milestones.
A key part of the position involves creating and maintaining professional Keynote presentations for leadership and project teams. While presentation delivery is not required, producing high-quality presentation materials will be a significant part of the role.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, maintain, and update high-quality Keynote presentations.
- Coordinate project activities and support delivery of defined milestones.
- Maintain project documentation, trackers, reports, and process documentation.
- Support communication between internal teams and external vendors.
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and follow-up actions.
- Track quality metrics, KPIs, and project progress.
- Assist with quality assurance and evaluation activities.
- Produce regular status reports and stakeholder updates.
- Monitor project risks and proactively escalate issues or blockers.
- Support vendor operations and relationship management activities.
- Learn and apply concepts related to AI, quality evaluation, and operational processes.
- Manage multiple priorities in a rapidly changing environment.

What We're Looking For
Essential
- 5+ years of professional experience in a coordination, operations, administration, project support, executive assistant, project coordinator, or similar role.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- Experience producing documentation, reports, trackers, and status updates.
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Highly detail-oriented with excellent follow-through.
- Confident asking questions, gathering information, and driving clarity.
- Positive, outgoing, and proactive personality.
Desirable
- Experience within localization, globalization, language operations, or content operations environments.
- Project management experience.
- Exposure to AI, AI evaluation, Large Language Models (LLMs), machine learning operations, or related fields.
- Experience working with vendors, suppliers, or external partners.
- Familiarity with quality assurance processes and KPI tracking.
- Experience using Keynote or similar presentation tools.
Working Hours
- Preferred working hours: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- Ability to overlap with US-based stakeholders between 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM is highly desirable.
