We are seeking a skilled Folding Carton Gluing Operator to join our busy team.
We currently have the following vacancy for Machine Operator in our Gluing/Finishing Department. We use the latest Bobst and Baumer HHS equipment to achieve the high-quality finish our customers expect.
Machine/Gluing Operator Requirements
- Previous experience, as an operator, with the ability to make ready all styles including undersize, straight-line, crash lock and integral fitments
- Attention to detail
- Ability to problem solve, trouble shoot and innovate to achieve high quality cartons
- Capable of working to strict deadlines in a fast paced and adaptable environment
- Good communication skills
- Work with high quality materials, cartons and finishes
- Ensuring the companies quality standards are maintained
- Leading a small team, reporting to Gluing Manager
- Enthusiasm and determination to excel and be proud of the cartons you produce

Folding Carton Gluing Operator Benefits
- Salary £33,000 - £39,000 pa, based on skill level and experience
- Weekly pay
- Paid breaks
- 4 day working week (40 hours per week on double rotation)
- 27 days holiday including bank holidays (we are open on bank holidays)
