About Wheely

Wheely is redefining premium transportation across major cities in Europe, the US, and the Middle East. We blend cutting-edge technology with the craft of five-star chauffeuring to deliver an experience trusted by more than 100,000 active riders and 1,200 corporate accounts.

We’re a profitable, fast-growing scale-up with $43M raised and over $100M in annual revenue. Having recently launched in New York City, we’re expanding rapidly across the US and EMEA. If you take pride in your craft and want to help shape the next chapter of our growth, we'd love to hear from you.

About The Role

Wheely for Business (W4B) serves companies and partners whose executives and guests expect discretion, reliability, and quality: financial institutions and law firms, private aviation operators, five-star hotels, and more. Each of these segments buys and uses Wheely differently. Built mostly in London, Wheely for Business has an established and growing client base. Our ambition for W4B is to reach $100M GMV in the next four years.

We're looking for a General Manager to make that happen. Reporting to the CEO, you'll own the commercial performance of Wheely for Business globally. This is not only a sales role. You'll need to work out which segments and markets to prioritize, what each needs from our product and service, and how to win them, then build the team and engine to deliver it. That includes leading the expansion into enterprise clients and building our B2B business in the US as Wheely launches expands beyond New York to Los Angeles, Miami, and DC.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

This is a builder's role. You'll inherit a small, capable team: a sales team across London/Paris and a dedicated W4B product squad. The product manager reports directly to you, and the squad works full-time on Wheely for Business. There is no marketing or customer success function yet; you'll build them. You'll have the autonomy, budget, and CEO backing to shape the business as you see fit.

The role can be based in London or New York, with regular travel between the two.

Responsibilities

  • Set the strategy. Decide which segments, markets, and channels to prioritize, how to position and price for each, and where to invest. Corporate clients, hotels, and private aviation partners have different needs and buying processes.
  • Build the US commercial team. Hire and lead sales and account management in the US as we scale city by city.
  • Grow existing clients. Expand within our current accounts. Many of our London clients have major US operations, and winning those offices is a core early priority.
  • Win the enterprise market. Our product is better than what most large companies use today, but enterprises buy through procurement and RFPs. You'll build the motion, team, and partnerships to win those deals.
  • Build marketing and customer success from scratch. Including account-based marketing, events, and our relationships with executive assistants, who are often our most important users.
  • Own the W4B product roadmap. Lead our dedicated product squad to deliver what clients and partners need: integrations with booking and expense tools, approval flows, reporting, and security certifications.

Requirements

We're open to two kinds of background:

  • Exceptional generalists: a strong academic record and an early career in investment banking, strategy consulting, private equity, or venture capital, followed by operating experience where you owned commercial results.
  • Commercial leaders: a track record of scaling a B2B commercial organization fast, including selling to large companies through procurement, long sales cycles, and senior stakeholders.

Either way, you'll bring:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Leadership people want to follow, with the ability to develop the existing team while hiring new talent.
  • Meaningful experience in the US market: building a team, selling to US clients, or leading a business there.
  • Willingness to travel regularly between London and the US.
