Are you an experienced Production Manager or Operative with a strong background in GxP and Clean Room environments? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a cutting-edge, forward-thinking manufacturing organisation operating in a brand-new, state-of-the-art facility in the heart of the English countryside.

Our client is a dynamic and innovative company focused on the development of high-quality, specialist products. As they continue to expand, they are seeking a highly capable Production Manager to lead day-to-day operations within a regulated cleanroom manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Clean Room Production Operations:

    • Lead and manage the production team in a GxP-regulated cleanroom environment
    • Organise production space and workflow, ensuring manufacturing processes run efficiently and to schedule
    • Oversee maintenance and operation of production equipment
    • Ensure hygiene and cleanliness standards are maintained to the highest level

  • Quality & Compliance

    • Enforce GxP standards across all production activities
    • Support documentation creation, review and implementation
    • Act as subject matter expert during audits, inspections, and internal quality investigations
    • Participate in equipment qualification, validation and training initiatives
    • Identify and raise deviations, lead root cause analysis, and implement CAPA actions
    • Work closely with Quality Assurance, Quality Control, R&D and Commercial teams to ensure timely product release
  • Health & Safety

    • Ensure adherence to HSE regulations and internal policies
    • Support safety audits, risk assessments, and reporting of incidents or near misses
    • Ensure compliance with procedures for the handling and disposal of regulated materials

  • Proven leadership or supervisory experience within a GxP-compliant manufacturing environment
  • Strong background in cleanroom operations
  • Degree in a relevant scientific or engineering discipline
  • Confident managing change in a fast-paced, regulated environment
  • Excellent communication, team leadership and organisational skills
