Our client is a dynamic and innovative company focused on the development of high-quality, specialist products. As they continue to expand, they are seeking a highly capable Production Manager to lead day-to-day operations within a regulated cleanroom manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities

Clean Room Production Operations:
- Lead and manage the production team in a GxP-regulated cleanroom environment
- Organise production space and workflow, ensuring manufacturing processes run efficiently and to schedule
- Oversee maintenance and operation of production equipment
- Ensure hygiene and cleanliness standards are maintained to the highest level

Quality & Compliance
- Enforce GxP standards across all production activities
- Support documentation creation, review and implementation
- Act as subject matter expert during audits, inspections, and internal quality investigations
- Participate in equipment qualification, validation and training initiatives
- Identify and raise deviations, lead root cause analysis, and implement CAPA actions
- Work closely with Quality Assurance, Quality Control, R&D and Commercial teams to ensure timely product release

Health & Safety
- Ensure adherence to HSE regulations and internal policies
- Support safety audits, risk assessments, and reporting of incidents or near misses
- Ensure compliance with procedures for the handling and disposal of regulated materials
Candidate Profile

- Proven leadership or supervisory experience within a GxP-compliant manufacturing environment
- Strong background in cleanroom operations
- Degree in a relevant scientific or engineering discipline
- Confident managing change in a fast-paced, regulated environment
- Excellent communication, team leadership and organisational skills
