The Clients & Markets (C&M) Assistant Manager will support market activation for the SRTA business, working closely with colleagues across the SRTA C&M team and the wider C&M function to help deliver its commercial ambition.
A key focus of the role will be supporting the development and activation of priority campaigns and related C&M initiatives in response to market demand and the needs of our clients. You will coordinate defined campaign workstreams, help maintain a cohesive go-to-market approach, and enable effective sales activation. This will involve:
- Coordinating campaign delivery across SRTA priority campaigns in line with our Campaign frameworks, helping to develop and maintain campaign plans, timelines, actions, and stakeholder communications.
- Preparing campaign materials, including briefings, meeting packs, sales-enablement content, and progress updates, with input from the relevant C&M lead and business teams.
- Supporting client-team engagement by gathering input, helping to assess market demand, and preparing materials that inform the route to market.
- Using Salesforce to drive and monitor campaign activity, ensuring all agreed processes are followed effectively, and helping to improve the accuracy of data and measurement of campaign engagement.
- Analyzing client data and market insights to support segmentation, targeting, and prioritization for campaigns.
- Monitoring and reporting performance, tracking agreed measures, and highlighting insights, risks, and opportunities to the C&M Managers and Directors on a regular basis.

Essentials:
- You have experience of campaign-delivery, with evidence of supporting or coordinating client engagement, marketing, or business-development activity.
- You are proactive with strong organization skills and attention to detail, with the ability to maintain plans and deliver high-quality outputs to deadlines.
- You understand client segmentation and campaign management principles, ideally with experience of working in professional services or a B2B environment.
- You possess hands-on experience using Salesforce and/or CRM system, together with an understanding of how digital channels and reliable data support targeted sales enablement.
- You are analytical and communicate well, with the ability to interpret data, identify useful insights, and communicate campaign progress and impact clearly.
- You are confident building relationships with colleagues at different levels and across functional teams.
- You are a team player with a collaborative and proactive approach, with sound judgment about when to take ownership, when to constructively challenge, and when to escalate.
- You enjoy sharing knowledge, supporting colleagues, and actively seeking feedback and learning opportunities.
