Company Description
Avoice is an AI-native workspace for architecture and engineering practices. We handle the work architects hate — specification writing, drawing QA, submittals, RFIs — so they can spend their time designing. We're a small, fast-moving team working with practices around the world.
Demand is outpacing our calendar — more practices want demos, trials, and onboarding than we can currently serve. That's where you come in.
Role Description
A genuine ground-floor go-to-market role, working directly with the CEO. You will:
- Run product demos for architecture and engineering practices (we'll train you — deeply)
- Own follow-ups, trials, and pipeline: making sure no interested practice goes cold
- Onboard new practices and make sure they succeed in their first 90 days
- Keep the CRM honest and the sales motion organised
- Attend industry events, visit practices in person, and build relationships across the UK AEC community
- Feed what you hear from customers straight back into the product

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Qualifications
- A recent graduate (2024–2026), or someone in their first couple of years of work
- A background or genuine interest in architecture, engineering, or construction is a big plus — Part 1/2 architecture graduates who'd rather sell the future of practice than draw stair details are especially welcome
- Excellent written and spoken communication — you'll be talking to practice directors daily
- Grit, curiosity, and speed of learning matter more to us than experience. We'll teach you the domain and the craft of selling; you bring the drive
- Comfortable with ambiguity — processes here are built, not inherited
