Role Description

The Go to Market Engineer will play a key role in designing, implementing, and optimizing go-to-market plans for clients across diverse industries and regions. This full-time remote role involves collaborating with marketing strategists, sales teams, and client stakeholders to translate business objectives into scalable processes, tools, and automations.

  • Configuring marketing and sales technology platforms
  • Integrating data sources
  • Building dashboards to track performance

The Go to Market Engineer will analyze campaign results, identify process gaps, and continuously refine workflows to improve conversion, retention, and revenue outcomes. The role also includes:

  • Documenting best practices
  • Supporting technical troubleshooting
  • Contributing to standardized frameworks that can be reused across client engagements

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in marketing technology implementation and integration, including CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, and analytics solutions.
  • Ability to design and optimize go-to-market processes, including lead management, pipeline stages, handoffs between marketing and sales, and customer lifecycle workflows.
  • Experience working with data and reporting, including building dashboards, tracking key performance indicators, and performing basic data analysis to support decision-making.
  • Background in digital marketing concepts and practices, such as campaign management, audience segmentation, and performance measurement.
  • Solid understanding of product positioning, target market definition, and value proposition development to support go-to-market planning.
  • Proficiency in collaborating with cross-functional teams and communicating technical concepts in clear, accessible language to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience working with global clients or in international markets is beneficial.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and methods to plan, track, and deliver go-to-market initiatives efficiently.
