Company

Polari Labs is a London-based startup pushing the frontier of sexual health innovation and building the world's first platform for anorectal health and pleasure. Our first product, A-BALL, is the first-of-its-kind alternative to douching, designed to make preparation for anorectal intercourse spontaneous and hassle-free. By rethinking a routine that has seen little meaningful innovation, we're creating an entirely new product category.

Following our successful Kickstarter campaign (over $500k raised and more than 140,000 units ordered), we're preparing for our first commercial launch and international expansion. We're looking for an experienced Go-To-Market Lead to own our commercial strategy and turn strong consumer demand into a scalable, repeatable business.

This is a highly strategic but hands-on role. You'll define how A-BALL reaches customers, build the commercial engine behind the business, and work closely with leadership to prepare Polari Labs for rapid growth.

Role

You'll lead Polari's commercial strategy across direct-to-consumer, retail and distribution channels. You'll be responsible for defining where we sell, how we sell, who we partner with and how we scale internationally.

Success isn't measured by presentations or strategies that sit on a shelf, it's measured by a successful A-BALL launch, commercial partnerships, sustainable revenue growth and building a scalable go-to-market function that supports the company's long-term ambitions.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
