About TAINA
TAINA is an established, award-winning RegTech company trusted by some of the world's largest financial institutions, professional services firms, and digital platforms. Our clients include global banks, leading asset managers, Big Four firms and financial services organisations operating in highly regulated environments.
Backed by a strong investor base including SIX, HSBC, Deutsche Bank and Anthemis, TAINA has spent over a decade building enterprise-grade tax operations technology, helping organisations reduce risk, improve customer experience and transform compliance operations.
Today, we are entering our next chapter.
We are building what we believe will become the world's first Agentic AI Tax Operations Platform, transforming how global enterprises manage tax operations, regulatory compliance, onboarding, remediation, documentation management, monitoring and governance. Our vision extends beyond software. We are building the tax infrastructure for the global financial ecosystem.
As we bring this category-defining platform to market, we are seeking an exceptional Go-To-Market Lead with proven experience launching and scaling AI-native enterprise products.
The Opportunity
This is not a traditional sales or marketing role.
We are looking for an executive-level leader who understands how to successfully bring AI-native products to enterprise markets, particularly within regulated industries.
You will own the commercial strategy, positioning, market adoption and scaling of TAINA's next generation AI platform. Working directly with the CEO and Executive Leadership Team, you will help define category positioning, product packaging, pricing strategy, risk and governance messaging, commercial models and enterprise adoption frameworks.
This is a rare opportunity to help shape an entirely new category at the intersection of Agentic AI, enterprise software and regulatory technology.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
