Go-to-Market Lead

Location: Leeds, LS15 8GB
Contract type: Permanent
Employment type: Full time
Working hours: Monday – Friday 37.5 hours per week. We work on a core hours principle. Our core hours are 09:30 - 16:00; you can work around these to suit you!
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, DOE + up to a 10% annual discretionary bonus and our extensive benefits

About the Role

The Go-to-Market Lead plays a pivotal role in driving the commercial growth of the Private Medical Services business unit. Working closely with the Director, they will help shape and execute marketing strategies that support ambitious revenue, customer acquisition, and business performance objectives.

Responsible for leading end-to-end, integrated marketing campaigns, the role ensures effective planning, delivery, and performance measurement across all channels. The post holder will translate commercial priorities into impactful marketing activity, using data and insights to optimise results and demonstrate return on investment.

As a key stakeholder manager, the Go-to-Market Marketing Lead will build strong relationships with senior leaders, P&L owners, and cross-functional teams including marketing, commercial, product, and ecommerce. They will act as the link between business objectives and marketing execution, ensuring alignment, collaboration, and successful delivery of go-to-market initiatives that drive measurable business outcomes.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Develop and deliver go-to-market marketing plans that support the commercial growth objectives of the Private Medical Services business.
  • Translate business priorities into effective marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Define compelling customer propositions, messaging, and campaign strategies that deliver measurable results.
  • Use market insights, customer data, and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and inform marketing activity.
  • Build strong collaborative relationships with stakeholders across commercial, product, ecommerce, operations, finance, customer services, and clinical teams.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
  • Communicate marketing plans, priorities, performance, and recommendations to senior stakeholders, ensuring alignment across the business.
  • Monitor campaign performance, define success measures, and use data-driven insights to optimise future activity and maximise return on investment.
  • Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring spending aligns with business objectives and delivers measurable commercial impact.

Who We Are Looking For

  • Proven experience developing and delivering successful go-to-market strategies and integrated marketing campaigns that drive measurable business growth.
  • Strong strategic marketing planning skills, with the ability to translate customer insights and commercial objectives into effective marketing activity.
  • Broad knowledge of marketing channels and media, including digital, CRM, paid search, paid social, SEO, affiliates, and other customer acquisition channels.
  • Data-driven approach with the ability to interpret performance metrics, customer data, and market insights to inform decision-making and optimise results.
  • Experience managing marketing budgets and demonstrating return on investment through effective campaign planning and performance tracking.
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience collaborating across cross-functional teams and influencing senior leaders.
  • Experience working with external creative, media, or specialist agency partners to deliver high-quality marketing activity.
  • Proven ability to thrive in complex, matrix organisations, building effective relationships across multiple teams and business areas.
  • Experience within a regulated industry is essential; healthcare sector experience would be advantageous.

Desirable

  • Knowledge of marketing technology platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, CRM systems, analytics tools, and workflow management platforms (e.g. Asana).
  • Experience supporting proposition development, product launches, or customer-centric growth initiatives.
