Job Description

The GTM Lead - Net Zero & Sustainability is responsible for driving the global go-to-market (GTM) success of the IFS Sustainability portfolio. Acting as the commercial champion for the product, this role owns the execution of global GTM campaigns, develops compelling sales plays, and works across Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Partner teams to accelerate pipeline growth and strategic deal execution.

This is a highly commercial role with global responsibility, focused on creating repeatable revenue motions while directly supporting the largest Sustainability opportunities worldwide. The GTM Sustainability Manager will ensure Sustainability is positioned both as a standalone offering and as a strategic extension of IFS Cloud, helping customers realize greater business value while driving profitable growth.

Success in this role is measured through pipeline generation, strategic deal influence, GTM adoption, and overall commercial performance of the Sustainability portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

Global Go-to-Market Leadership

  • Own and execute the global GTM strategy for the Sustainability portfolio, ensuring alignment across Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Partners.
  • Act as the commercial owner and global sales champion for Sustainability, driving awareness, adoption, and consistent execution across all regions.
  • Develop and continuously refine repeatable GTM motions that accelerate market penetration and revenue growth.
  • Ensure regional teams are equipped with the messaging, positioning, and sales assets required to successfully sell Sustainability solutions.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
