SodaStream is looking for an experienced Go-To-Market Strategy Manager to join the Cluster Commercial team, supporting the UK & Northern Europe markets.
Responsibilities
- GTM Strategy & Deployment
- Translate global GTM strategy into market-specific execution plans across the UK & Northern Europe cluster.
- Adapt route-to-market, channel and coverage models to local market needs while ensuring consistent deployment of GTM standards.
- Establish clear GTM standards and ensure consistent deployment across cluster markets.

Channel Development & Sales Effectiveness
- Identify and deliver growth opportunities across channels, customers, distributors and routes to market.
- Optimise territory design, customer coverage and field-force deployment to improve productivity and execution.

Capability & Execution Excellence
- Drive adoption of GTM tools, processes and ways of working.
- Lead implementation of new GTM initiatives and build market capabilities through training, coaching and best-practice sharing.

Performance & Continuous Improvement
- Monitor GTM performance, identifying opportunities to improve customer coverage, execution quality, sales productivity and cost-to-serve.
- Use data and market insights to prioritise actions, measure impact and drive continuous improvement across the cluster.
How Success Will Be Measured
Success in the role will be demonstrated through:
- GTM execution: improved customer coverage, call effectiveness and in-market execution.
- Salesforce productivity: improved route efficiency, field-force productivity and cost-to-serve.
- Channel growth: successful expansion into priority and emerging channels and delivery of incremental customer and sales opportunities.
- Continuous improvement: measurable improvements driven by data, market insight and sharing of best practice.

Qualifications
You will bring significant experience in Sales, Commercial Excellence or Go-To-Market within an FMCG or similarly fast-paced, customer-led environment.
You are likely to have:
- 8–10 years' relevant commercial experience, with strong exposure to field sales and in-market execution.
- Proven expertise in route-to-market strategy, customer coverage, territory design and salesforce productivity.
- A track record of implementing new tools, processes, capabilities and ways of working at scale.
- Experience working across multiple markets, ideally within a regional or cluster environment.
- Strong analytical and commercial skills, with the ability to turn data and insight into practical action.
