Our talented people empower us, and we believe in being part of a team that is open, collaborative, entrepreneurial, passionate and above all fun.
About the role:
FIS is looking for an experienced and commercially minded Product Marketing Manager to join our product marketing team supporting our Lending Portfolio. Working with the Senior Product Marketer for Lending, this role will help define, package and take to market FIS lending solutions across commercial lending, asset finance, supply chain finance and private credit-related capabilities, helping clients modernize lending operations, improve risk control, increase efficiency and drive growth.
Our environment is fast-paced, global and highly collaborative. We are strengthening our lending proposition with integrated, cloud-enabled and AI-ready solutions that support the full lending lifecycle — from origination and credit assessment through syndication, servicing, portfolio visibility and reporting. As part of the Product Marketing team, the Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for translating product strategy, market insight and buyer needs into clear positioning, compelling messaging and effective go-to-market programs.
The successful candidate will build deep knowledge of FIS lending solutions, target markets, buyer personas, competitive dynamics and client challenges. They will partner closely with Product Management, Sales, Demand Generation, Analyst Relations, GTM Readiness and regional marketing teams to create differentiated product narratives, support sales execution and help drive measurable pipeline and revenue impact.
In this role, you will act as the voice of the market and the customer for the Lending Portfolio, bringing together insight, strategy and storytelling to help FIS show up with clarity, consistency and confidence across internal and external audiences.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
