Hello. We’re Teya.

Teya was founded on a simple belief: local businesses deserve better. They are the cafés, restaurants, salons, shops, and entrepreneurs that bring character to our high streets, create jobs, and keep communities moving. Yet for too long, financial services has made life harder for them - with clunky tools, poor support, and complexity that gets in the way of running a business.

Teya exists to change that.

We’re building a financial platform for local businesses across Europe - one built around simple tools, thoughtful design, and real human support. Our Members rely on us to help them run their business with confidence, and that responsibility shapes the way we work.

We move fast. We care about quality. We stay close to the detail. And we believe great performance and genuine hospitality should go hand in hand.

If you want to build meaningful products, solve real problems, and make a genuine difference for local businesses, we’d love to hear from you.

To be a Teyan

We are not just a fintech company. We develop people by giving them the autonomy and the responsibility to challenge the status quo, so they can be the main actors of the change we want to bring to the market.

We are always looking for people better than us to join the team, disrupt payments, and revolutionize commerce in Europe. The goal we share, the mission is one, and at the end of the day, we are just people trying to help other people.

What is your mission?

Our sales agents are on the front lines, talking to merchants every day. Across the go-to-market systems they use to manage their sales, HubSpot CRM is where their deals, activities, conversations, reporting, automations, and portfolio lives. When HubSpot works, our salespeople sell. When it breaks quietly in the background, deals stall, data drifts, and the people who trust the numbers stop trusting the tool.

Your mission is to be the guardian of that system. You are the person who keeps HubSpot healthy, honest, and trustworthy, so that every seller and every leader can rely on it without ever thinking about it.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

This is not a caretaking job where you wait for tickets and tick them off. You are a detective and a builder. You go looking for what is wrong before anyone reports it, you find the real reason something failed instead of patching the symptom, and you make sure the same failure never happens twice. You turn a messy, growing CRM into a system people can trust, and you can prove it with data.

As the guardian of our CRM, you will:

  • Investigate root causes, not symptoms. When something in HubSpot fails, you own it. You dig into what actually went wrong, validate the real root cause, and drive it to a fix. You are the single point of contact when the CRM misbehaves, and nothing gets dropped on your watch.
  • Prevent the next bug before it happens. You do not just close errors, you learn from them. You spot the patterns, harden the implementations that keep breaking, and put guardrails in place so a whole class of problems disappears. Every automation and implementation, local or global, follows our guidelines because you make sure it does, before and after it goes live.
  • Measure the health of the CRM. You build the dashboards that show, at a glance, whether what we ship actually works and keeps working. You track error rates, adoption, and data quality over time, so CRM health stops being a feeling and becomes a number we can watch and improve.
  • Turn data into action. You are as comfortable reading the numbers as fixing the system. You globalise and clean up our reporting once the requirements from Commercial Excellence are aligned, retire the dashboards no one needs, and use data to find the problems no one has noticed yet.
  • Build and improve, hands-on. You create new automations and refine the ones we have, you read the logic of a workflow well enough to debug it, and you keep the instance clean, governed, and scalable across every market in Europe.

Your goal is to maximize the value and the trust in the CRM our salespeople rely on. Your success is measured in the health of the platform: fewer recurring failures, faster time to a real fix, cleaner data, and leaders who believe the numbers again because someone is watching them every day.

What is your story?

You need to be eager to learn and improve every day. Some qualities you must have:

  • A detective's instinct: you are not satisfied with a symptom, you want the root cause, and you enjoy the hunt.
  • An owner's mindset: you do not wait to be told, you know the instance, and you act on it.
  • Reactive when it counts and proactive by default: when something breaks, you are on it and you meet the SLA, and when you see a risk, you raise it before it spreads.
  • Data-driven and analytical: you read data, understand the problem, and propose the fix.
  • The confidence to challenge a request rather than just take it, because requests will not only come from us, and the right thing to build is your job to protect.
  • Experience with a CRM (HubSpot ideal, Salesforce or similar is welcome), with ticketing and SLAs, and comfort building automations and reading the logic behind them.

This is not a deep-specialist or heavy-code role. Understanding custom code is a plus, but the heart of the job is investigation, prevention, reporting, and governance. If you get satisfaction from taking something messy and making it trustworthy, this is your role.
