Constantine Academy is a youth football coaching academy based in North West London, dedicated to long-term, player-centered development. The academy supports young footballers by combining high-quality technical coaching with sport psychology principles to build confidence, resilience, decision-making, and strong game understanding.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Minimum FA Level 1 coaching qualification — an FA Goalkeeping qualification is an advantage
  • At least 6 months of coaching experience, ideally working with goalkeepers
  • Playing experience as a goalkeeper is welcome, though not essential
  • Available for 1 session per week, including weekend availability (no obligation for weekend availability)
  • A genuine interest in player development, not just results

  • Pay: £20 per session
  • Start Date: Open from 1st September
  • Location: In our Colindale location, every Wednesday from 6:30 to 8:00pm
