At DHL Supply Chain, sustainability is at the heart of everything we do. We are committed to achieving our ambitious GoGreen targets for 2025, 2030, and Mission 2050. We are looking for a passionate and experienced GoGreen Sustainability Manager to drive our environmental agenda and make a real impact across our business.
What You'll Do
- Support the strategic development of the regional GoGreen agenda and ensure delivery of divisional and global sustainability targets.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, operational and functional teams to raise awareness and embed a GoGreen culture.
- Collaborate with Business Development, Solutions Design, and business partners to drive innovative green solutions.
- Work closely with BU leads and Operations Directors to provide strategic insights and support critical business plan initiatives.
- Define, assess, and develop strategic projects for deployment across DHL Supply Chain businesses.
- Champion sustainability and help create a culture that supports our environmental commitments.

What You'll Bring
- Experience in environmental and corporate responsibility, ideally within the logistics and transport industry.
- Passion for sustainability and the environment, supported by relevant qualifications or prior experience.
- Proven track record in implementing GoGreen, environmental, or sustainability initiatives.
- Membership or training with a professional body such as the Institute of Sustainability and Environmental Professionals (ISEP) (formerly IEMA) is desirable.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external customers.
