Golang Developer
Location: Burgess Hill
Work Mode: Hybrid – 3 days/week in office
We are looking for an experienced Lead Consultant / Golang Developer with strong expertise in Golang (Go) development, application design, software development, testing, and REST API development.
Key Requirements
- Hands-on Golang / Go development experience
- Strong experience in Golang application development, software design and testing
- Experience working in Agile development environments
- Strong experience with Git and collaborative software development
- Experience designing and developing REST APIs for high-volume applications
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases, preferably PostgreSQL, Couchbase or Cassandra
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins or GitLab CI
- Knowledge of automated build and test frameworks
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes is highly desirable
- Experience with Jira, Confluence and Atlassian tools
- Exposure to open-source frameworks and open-source contributions is an advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to learn new technologies and translate them into working software
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative solutions
- Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
