Monday–Friday, 09:00–17:30, plus occasional Saturdays on a rotational basis

The Role
As a Golf Holiday Sales Consultant, you'll manage the enquiry-to-booking journey for golfers looking to book their next overseas golf holiday, converting phone and web enquiries into tailor-made trips. You'll get to know each customer's requirements in detail, put together bespoke itineraries across our destination portfolio, and guide them through to booking with the expert advice and service GolfKings is known for.

- Handle inbound sales enquiries by phone and web, building rapport and understanding each customer's ideal golf trip
- Design and quote tailor-made overseas golf holiday packages, including flights, hotels, tee times and transport
- Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings, working to individual and team sales targets
- Build lasting customer relationships that lead to repeat bookings and referrals
- Stay on top of destination knowledge, course information and supplier product across our portfolio
- Work collaboratively with the wider sales team to share leads, cover enquiries and hit shared goals

What We're Looking For
- Proven experience selling overseas golf holidays, with a strong track record in golf travel sales
- A genuine passion for golf and the golf travel industry
- A self-starting attitude, comfortable working to targets in a fast-paced sales environment
- A desire to travel and a real interest in golf destinations worldwide
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a focus on outstanding customer service
- A collaborative team player who wants to grow and develop within the business
- Flexibility to work occasional Saturdays as part of a fair rotational schedule
