Goods In Operative working in the Wakefield Depot
£13.25 per standard hour.
40 hours a week - 5 over 7
This is an exciting opportunity that A.F. Blakemore are recruiting for, a purpose built multi temperature depot in Wakefield. We are looking for Warehouse Operatives, who are motivated, friendly, hard-working and enthusiastic. The purpose of the job is picking and packing or checking goods to ensure the accurate and efficient assembly of customers’ orders.

Some Key Accountabilities
- Accurate assembly of customers’ orders
- Picking and Loading goods onto cages in a safe and manageable manner
- Accurate input of weighted items
- Adhering to stock rotational procedures
- Perform accurate and efficient duties within other warehouse functions
- Accurate marking and storage of assembled orders awaiting despatch
Essential
Some Key Knowledge, Skills, Experience and Qualifications Required
- Numerate and literate
Desirable But Not Essential
- Any Warehousing and distribution experience
- Any FLT licence
