Join Our Team as a Warehouse Operative (Goods In)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 14:00 – 22:30
(Includes 2 x 30-minute unpaid breaks — total of 1 hour per shift)
Salary: £13.55 per hour
Enhanced Rate: £16.94 per hour (for hours between 8pm–6am or over 37.5 hours per week)

Are you ready to play a key role in our pastry production process? As a Warehouse Operative, you’ll help keep everything running smoothly and efficiently, especially by receiving and managing goods from our external suppliers.

You’ll be joining a passionate, friendly, and growing team that’s proud to deliver high-quality, delicious products across the country.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive goods and supplies efficiently
  • Check for damaged or missing items and report/action accordingly
  • Move and store stock safely — by hand, lift gear, or forklift
  • Operate machinery and equipment in line with company procedures
  • Pick and load orders for despatch
  • Support daily warehouse management
  • Assist with year-end stock take and Perpetual Inventory Programme
  • Maintain accurate paperwork and computer records
  • Keep your work area clean and tidy at all times

Please note: You’ll be required to work in cold environments for portions of the shift.

Licenses Required:

  • Counterbalance Forklift Truck Licence – Essential
  • Reach Truck Licence – Desirable but not essential
