Job Opportunity: Google Ads Designer
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Google Ads Designer based in the United Kingdom.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced performance marketing professional to drive user acquisition through high-performing Google Ads campaigns.
You will manage campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max for international markets.
The role combines analytical thinking, creative ad development, campaign strategy, and hands-on optimization.
You will work with substantial advertising budgets and make independent, data-driven decisions that directly influence growth.
From keyword research and campaign structures to bidding, targeting, and ad copy, you will have ownership across the campaign lifecycle.
You will continuously analyze performance, identify opportunities, and test strategies to improve conversion and return on investment.
This role is ideal for a highly analytical Google Ads specialist who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-focused environment.
Accountabilities
- Plan, launch, manage, and continuously optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max.
- Manage advertising campaigns across multiple international markets and adapt strategies to different audiences and market conditions.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize bids, targeting, budgets, keywords, and ad copy to improve results.
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research and develop scalable, well-structured campaign architectures.
- Write, test, and refine conversion-focused ad copy designed to maximize user acquisition.
- Analyze campaign data, key performance indicators, and return on investment to identify trends, challenges, and growth opportunities.
- Take ownership of campaign performance and make timely, independent decisions based on data and performance insights.
- Contribute to strategy and brainstorming sessions, bringing new ideas and testing approaches to improve campaign effectiveness.

Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns with a strong focus on user acquisition.
- Proven experience managing substantial Google Ads budgets of €100K+ per month; experience with €200K+ monthly budgets is a strong advantage.
- Strong analytical skills and a highly data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Demonstrated ability to write compelling, conversion-focused advertising copy.
- Strong understanding of Google Ads optimization, including bidding strategies, targeting, keyword management, and campaign structure.
- Experience working within a marketing or performance marketing agency environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, take ownership, and remain accountable for campaign performance and results.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify actionable opportunities from campaign data.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
