We are looking for someone with Google Ads/Google Analytics experience to manage and optimise our Google Ads.

What difference will you make?

  • This role will help us reach more young people who could benefit from our programmes and opportunities.
  • By effectively managing and optimising our Google Ads campaigns, the volunteer will increase our online visibility, help us connect with new audiences and drive more young people to engage with our services increasing the impact of our work.

What are we looking for?

  • Has experience using Google Ads and managing digital advertising campaigns.
  • Is confident analysing data and using insights to improve campaign performance.
  • Has good attention to detail.
  • Is proactive, reliable and able to work independently.
  • Can communicate clearly and explain digital marketing insights in a simple way.
  • Is willing to share their knowledge and work collaboratively with our team.
  • Is passionate about helping young people and supporting a charity.
  • Is creative and able to think of new ways to reach and engage our target audience.

What will you be doing?

  • Manage and optimise our Google Ads campaigns to increase awareness and reach
  • Create, monitor and improve ad campaigns, keywords and targeting.
  • Monitor campaign performance, including clicks and conversions.
  • Analyse data and provide recommendations for improving campaign results.
  • Carry out keyword research and identify opportunities to reach relevant audiences.
  • Ensure campaigns align with our programmes, events and organisational goals.
  • Provide simple performance updates and insights to the team.
  • Keep up to date with Google Ads best practices and relevant changes to the platform.
