AI-Forward Google Marketing Manager (UK, UAE Based)

We're seeking a talented (UK, UAE Based), AI-forward Google Marketing Manager to develop, implement, and manage our campaigns across Google's ecosystem (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max, Demand Gen, etc.). The ideal candidate is already using Google's AI-driven tools day to day like Performance Max, AI Max for Search and the new Gemini-powered ad formats. You'll have a deep understanding of Google's advertising tools, audience targeting, and analytics to drive lead generation, brand awareness, and overall business growth within the UK market, with a strong focus on the aesthetic clinic and B2B sectors that make up the bulk of our client base. This position is remote, offering flexibility and autonomy, and you'll work closely alongside our in-house Meta Ads specialist to keep both channels pulling in the same direction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Development & Execution: Design and execute innovative Google advertising campaigns aligned with business objectives and tailored for the UK audience, structured around our Awareness, Consideration, Conversion funnel model.
  • AI-Driven Campaign Management: Run and optimise Performance Max, AI Max for Search, and Demand Gen campaigns, structuring feeds and account data so Gemini-powered formats (Conversational Discovery Ads, Highlighted Answers, AI-Powered Search) perform properly.
  • Audience Targeting: Conduct thorough audience research to identify and target ideal customer segments within the UK using Google's targeting options, with particular attention to the clinic/aesthetics and B2B manufacturing buyer journeys.
  • Budget Management: Strategically allocate and optimise advertising budgets across Google platforms to maximise lead quality and cost per lead, not just top-line ROAS.
  • Keyword Research & Optimisation: Conduct in-depth keyword research and optimisation for both paid and organic search (SEO) to improve visibility.
  • A/B Testing: Implement rigorous A/B testing methodologies across creative, copy, landing pages, and bidding strategy to continuously improve campaign performance.
  • Data-Driven Analysis: Analyse campaign metrics, extract actionable insights, and optimise strategies based on data from Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Ads.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present clear reports on campaign performance, CPL, funnel conversion rate, lead quality, highlighting successes, challenges, and key learnings in plain language for clinic owners and manufacturing stakeholders.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (design, content, sales) and our Meta Ads lead to ensure campaign alignment and seamless execution across every funnel stage.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
