The Google Ads Marketing Manager will develop, manage and optimize campaigns across Google’s advertising ecosystem. The role focuses on lead generation, brand awareness and business growth in the UK market, particularly for aesthetic clinic and B2B clients, while working closely with the company’s Meta Ads specialist and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities
- Design and execute Google advertising campaigns for the UK market across the awareness, consideration and conversion funnel.
- Manage and optimize Performance Max, AI Max for Search and Demand Gen campaigns, including feeds and account data for Gemini-powered formats.
- Research and target relevant UK audiences, with particular attention to clinic, aesthetics and B2B manufacturing buyer journeys.
- Allocate budgets across Google platforms to improve lead quality and cost per lead.
- Conduct paid and organic keyword research to improve search visibility.
- Run A/B tests across creative, copy, landing pages and bidding strategies.
- Analyze Google Ads and GA4 data, then report on CPL, conversion rate, lead quality and campaign learnings.
- Collaborate with design, content, sales and the Meta Ads lead to align campaigns across the funnel.
Qualifications
- Currently based in the UK or UAE with an existing right to work; sponsorship is not available.
- At least three years of proven Google advertising experience, including a successful track record in the UK market.
- Current knowledge of Google Ads, GA4, Search Console, Google Tag Manager and related Google marketing tools.
- Hands-on experience with Performance Max, AI Max and Demand Gen, plus an understanding of Gemini-powered ad formats.
- Strong understanding of SEO and its integration with paid search.
- Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to create engaging, conversion-focused ad copy and creative assets for UK audiences.
- Self-motivated and able to manage time and projects independently in a remote environment.

Google Ads certifications, medical or clinic marketing experience, landing-page optimization experience and familiarity with additional advertising channels are preferred.
